Sr Associate - Digital AI Product Analyst

Overview

Sr Associate – Digital AI Product Analyst in Amgen’s AI Studio (AI & Data Science), working with engineering and product teams to define, refine, and validate AI product requirements across the lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage business analysis activities with System Architects and Product Managers to align with engineering and product goals.
• Capture customer needs to define business processes and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments.
• Prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlog with Engineering and Product Management.
• Break down Epics into Features and sprint-sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews.
• Define acceptance criteria and Definition of Done for deliverables.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, identify impediments, and support continuous delivery of business value.

What you'll need

• Any degree.
• 5 to 9 years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for complex challenges in drug discovery with technology.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with business leadership.
• Experience writing requirements for modern web application and/or automation solutions.
• Experience writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA.
• Experience with business process design/re-engineering.
