Overview
Support the Client Incentive Operations team in managing Client Incentive and Merchant Acceptance Incentive agreements for all regions worldwide, including contract interpretation, accounting treatment, contractual payments and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Manage incentive contracts for all regions.
- Analyze newly executed incentive contract terms to assess contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on policy and procedure.
- Review proforma for accuracy of contract interpretation and application of accounting policy.
- Set up incentive contracts in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) per contract terms, ensuring key obligations are addressed.
- Ensure consistency in processes, including processes that accommodate system limitations.
- Manage, track and process contractual payments accurately and timely for all regions.
- Liaise with Sales, Legal and clients to determine fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Review ongoing contract performance and update future performance and amortization schedules as needed.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to assigned contracts.
- Coordinate with the Client Incentive Operations team to understand deals across regions and ensure a consistent global business process for similar contract structures.
- Support ad-hoc analysis or projects as needed.
- Ensure key production metrics for the month are met.
What you'll need
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree, such as CA/CMA/CPA/ICWA.
- Bachelor's in Accounting.
- Audit or accounting experience.
- Attention to detail and strong organization.
- Self-motivation and the ability to function well independently and in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
Nice to have
- 4 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
- More than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree, such as Masters, MBA, JD or MD.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Chartered Accountant/CMA/ICWA/CPA.
- Familiarity with Oracle-based applications.

- Location: Bengaluru, India.
