Overview

Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to help drive and scale Okta’s growth through financial analysis, insights, reporting automation, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Build automation and scalability of financial reports, dashboards, systems, and processes.
• Analyze financial data to uncover trends and performance drivers.
• Recommend operational improvements using data-driven insights.
• Provide data support for accruals, capitalization, and month-end processes.
• Build budget vs. actual dashboards with actionable insights.
• Monitor spend data to identify and report on cost efficiencies.
• Ensure purchase orders align with budgets and financial policies.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support strategic financial decisions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience working in FP&A.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan for model building.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise using Excel, GSheets, and Anaplan.
• Proficiency building and presenting data-driven stories using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Comfortable working from the Bangalore office up to 3x per week or as needed.
• Flexible to support teams across PST hours when required.
