Senior Analyst, Big Data Analytics & Engineering

Overview

Senior Analyst in Big Data Analytics & Engineering, focused on building and maintaining value quantification frameworks for the Services business unit with 4–7 years of experience.

What you'll do

• Build scalable value quantification frameworks for offerings across the Services organization.
• Analyze data using Excel, R, Python, and Tableau to produce actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Manage and document project processes, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and customer service to support program evolution.
• Perform desktop research to identify trends and develop regional/global performance metrics.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience in a techno-functional analytics role.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of risk management disciplines.
