Overview
Finance Manager responsible for operational excellence through KPI monitoring, financial analysis, and cross-team performance visibility.
What you'll do
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring business performance and KPIs across multiple teams.
- Perform monthly closure of books in SAP and prepare HQ reporting schedules.
- Approve invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Manage accounts payable: document management, invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Ensure vendor/employee payables and statutory payments are processed timely.
- Coordinate direct and indirect tax filings including GST, TDS, Income Tax return, and TP forms.
- Own annual statutory and tax audits from start to closure and manage treasury activities.
What you'll need
- Experience with monthly book closure in SAP.
- Experience managing accounts payable processes including invoice processing and reconciliations.
- Experience coordinating tax filings such as GST returns and TDS returns.
- Experience with annual statutory and tax audits.
- Knowledge of treasury functions including bank correspondence and relationship management.
- Ability to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
