Finance Specialist - General Accounting

Overview

Finance Specialist focused on general accounting and record-to-report activities, including financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve accruals, amortization, and other standard accounting entries.
• Perform quarterly balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis.
• Conduct monthly expense variance analysis.
• Manage consolidation, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations, including foreign currency accounting.
• Ensure financial statement accuracy in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Manage fixed assets accounting and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years overall professional experience, with at least 4 years in Record-to-Report (R2R) domain.
• Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• Preferably more than 5 years of working experience in GL/AP & AR.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting reconciliations and reporting.
