Accounting Analyst IV

Overview

Accounting Analyst IV responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance for domestic and international entities.

What you'll do

• Lead development, implementation, and/or maintenance of accounting processes across accounting functions.
• Work with journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue reconciliation.
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and multiple account reconciliations.
• Monitor monthly revenue and expenditure reports for projects.
• Improve record keeping for assets, liabilities, and financial transactions.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience.
• Proven expertise preparing and posting complex journal entries (including prepaid amortization, depreciation, payroll accounting, accruals, and month-end adjustments).
• Strong experience with routine GL balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Hands-on experience in multi-entity structure with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of statutory audit processes, GST filings, and corporate Income Tax regulations.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
