Finance Systems Lead

Overview

Own and build ElevenLabs' finance systems stack, covering NetSuite, integrations, controls and vendor selection, as a builder rather than a ticket-queue role.

What you'll do

• Run NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties.
• Own the integration layer connecting Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse, so month-end reconciles by design.
• Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration.
• Handle the finance setup of every new entity.
• Build agents and automations with the Automations and Data teams, for example invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests.
• Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness.

What you'll need

• Experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases.
• Experience owning an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and knowledge of how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition.
• Experience building integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and comfort with SQL.
• Understanding of R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and the ability to work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week.
• Working AI-first, with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor part of your day, and automating a workflow before staffing it.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery.
• SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company.
