Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Overview

Financial Analyst within the FP&A Centers of Expertise Operations team, supporting Industry operations to deliver strategy and operations goals, including warehousing performance and supply flows.

What you'll do

• Drive processes related to Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting, including Quarterly FC, Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and 3 Year Strategic Plans.
• Implement and calculate standard costing within the domain of distribution and warehousing.
• Prepare reliable and high-quality information on schedule, covering reporting and analysis of business performance.
• Ensure timely and adequate response to internal customer requests.
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Standardize and harmonize reports.
• Set up and support businesses, the Distribution team and the broader Supply Chain Org to drive warehousing performance and supply flows, including generating actionable insights.

What you'll need

• Chartered Accountant, or a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, logistics, business administration or any other widely understood business-related education.
• Communicating well in English.
• Experience already and eagerness to learn more.
• Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions.
