Financial Modelling & Performance Analyst – Transformation

Overview

Financial Modelling & Performance Analyst for transformation and restructuring programmes, providing financial model development, reporting, and insights to support decision-making.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage Excel-based global standard financial reporting models for Finance Partner groups.
• Collect business requirements from stakeholders and drive automation and simplification of models.
• Enhance and change models to meet evolving executive and business needs under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with the HR OrgVue data team to align HR and Finance data and governance.
• Maintain forecast and actual reporting for transformation and restructuring initiatives with accurate cost tracking against budgets.
• Monitor project spend, run rates, and phasing, highlighting variances, risks, and emerging cost pressures.
• Support planning and forecasting for transformation programmes and run scenario modelling and ad hoc analysis.

What you'll need

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4–7+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Project Controlling, or related finance roles.
• Hands-on experience in actuals reporting, cost tracking, and variance analysis (preferably in a project or change environment).
• Good understanding of budget management, cost control, and forecasting support.
• Knowledge of R2R processes and finance systems (e.g., SAP FI, BI/reporting tools).
• Advanced Excel and model building skills.
• Ability to work with complex data sets and non-finance stakeholders.
