Finance Controller - Business & Operations

Overview

Finance Controller - Business & Operations partnering with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D to convert financial and operational data into insights that drive decisions and performance.

What you'll do

• Analyse revenue, margins and profitability by business segment and growth area.
• Monitor performance vs budget and forecast; prepare management reports with short- and long-term scenarios and recommendations.
• Lead monthly product costing and inventory accounting (weighted average costing, valuation, provisions, reconciliations).
• Analyse manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, and other operating costs and investigate variances.
• Manage capital expenditure, including reviewing investment proposals, tracking project spend, capitalisation, reporting, and financial controls.
• Maintain reliable financial data in ERP and business-intelligence systems; support audits with schedules and analysis.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• CA/CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
• More than 3 years in manufacturing finance, costing, audit, or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Excel.
• Automation or process improvement experience is an added advantage.
