Cost Controller

Overview

The SAR Cost Controller & Analyst provides hands-on financial controlling and business partnering support to SAR-supported functions in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to Function Leads.
• Analyze cost drivers at cost center and department levels and explain results to non-finance stakeholders.
• Provide practical financial advice on costs, consulting spend, FTEs, Capex, and projects.
• Support Outlook, Target, and Budget cycles with variance analysis and financial commentary.
• Execute and control month-end close activities including accruals, reclassifications, allocations, and FTE postings.
• Review actuals vs. Target/Outlook, investigate variances, and communicate key drivers.

What you'll need

• Experience as a finance professional supporting business partnering and analytical work (implied by role description).
