Overview

Senior Analyst/Senior Analyst - FP&A (Corporate) focused on Location Finance, owning expense planning and serving as a corporate finance business partner for India locations.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end OpEx and CapEx planning for India locations across facilities, infrastructure, IT assets, and office operations.
• Collaborate with Admin, HR, Facilities, and IT to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Track actual spend versus budget at country and office level, investigate variances, and course-correct in-year.
• Act as the primary finance business partner for assigned departments, translating business plans into financial forecasts.
• Support headcount planning by modeling hiring plans, attrition scenarios, and related cost implications.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly budget reviews, forecast updates, and ad-hoc analyses to Finance leadership and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• CA/MBA Finance from a reputed institute.
• 2-5 years of relevant FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount in the Technology industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools including Anaplan, Oracle, Power BI, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with data science concepts (data wrangling, statistical analysis, visualization) and comfort working with large datasets.
• A plus for automation and process improvement (Python, SQL, or BI scripting).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate the strategic picture to senior stakeholders.
