Overview

Forward Deployed Engineer supporting healthcare clients by implementing customized technology solutions, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating with engineering teams. The role is based in India and supports US-based clients and teams during US time zones.

What you'll do

• Support implementation and integration of solutions in client environments.
• Provide technical assistance during deployment and integration.
• Understand clients' technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
• Support development and engineering teams with tailored healthcare solutions.
• Identify and address technical challenges during implementation.
• Create and update technical documentation for onboarding and maintenance.
• Monitor healthcare technology and regulatory trends to propose solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of professional software engineering or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and engage confidently with clients.
