Overview

Senior Data Scientist to lead and deliver healthcare claims analytics projects using SQL/Python and scalable data solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and contribute to client-focused claims-based reporting, Patient Journeys, Market Assessment, and predictive modeling.
• Perform advanced data wrangling, transformation, and analysis on complex healthcare datasets.
• Create data-driven deliverables and visualizations for customer engagements and business decisions.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success teams for tailored client analyses.
• Design and implement optimized, scalable data solutions with global cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable tools such as solution workbenches and automated reporting systems.
• Use SQL, Python, and Generative AI tools to improve efficiency and automate analytics workflows.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles with focus on SQL and Python.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, wrangling, and analysis.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for large, complex relational datasets.
• Proven healthcare data expertise, particularly claims analytics; familiarity with pharma datasets is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating impactful analytical presentations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
