Senior FP&A Associate

Overview

Senior FP&A Specialist responsible for building financial visibility, planning, and decision support in a company with multiple entities, construction draws, lenders, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain monthly financial tracking.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and 12–24-month planning.
• Analyze spending trends and explain financial direction to leadership.
• Support pricing analysis and decision-making.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping and accounting to improve data accuracy.
• Investigate inconsistencies, gaps, and patterns in financial data.
• Prepare structured financial outputs and ad hoc analysis for leadership.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, finance, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience building financial models, reporting, or planning processes from scratch.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly to founders.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, construction, or property-level finance.
• Experience shaping pricing decisions.
• Experience across multiple company stages, from seed through Series A+.
• Experience writing, speaking, or teaching about startup finance.

• Remote role in India.
• Full-time employment.
• Salary: $2,500–$4,000 USD per month, based on experience and interview process.
• Immediate availability or a maximum 30-day notice period required.
