Lead - Strategy & Operations

Overview

Lead Strategy & Operations for BrowserStack’s Sales Operations function, owning parts of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and supporting sales enablement and reporting.

What you'll do

• Understand underlying systems and sales motions with relevant stakeholders to build scalable sales processes.
• Own individual projects by breaking down sales-domain problems into actionable items and data-driven solutions.
• Use sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to plan optimal adoption and usage.
• Create dashboards to track key metrics, identify risks, and enable the sales force.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Product to drive the project roadmap and implement solutions.
• Build understanding of the sales funnel, track health metrics, and use SQL/SFDC dashboards to analyze and present insights.

What you'll need

• At least 4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting firms or investment banks, or similar BizOps experience in technology.
• Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and solid business sense.
• Proficiency in analytics to develop actionable insights using data.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, rapidly iterate, and manage communications across functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience on Salesforce, including generating reports and driving sales-specific analysis (plus presenting actionable insights).
