Senior Manager - Business Finance

Overview

Senior Manager – Business Finance is a strategic finance partner responsible for driving business performance through planning, commercial insights, investor/board reporting, and financial modeling.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to support strategic and commercial decisions using financial insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare investor and Board reporting with performance updates, KPIs, and business insights.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, and strategic investment decisions with financial analysis.
• Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.

What you'll need

• Have CA/CPA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Have 7-10 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
• Have strong experience in financial modeling, investor reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Have strong financial & valuation modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering background.
• Be proficient in Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
