Manager I, Commercialization FP&A

Overview

Manager I, FP&A Commercialization is responsible for executing, governing, and developing FP&A Operations processes across BMS, partnering with process stakeholders and peer owners to enable effective process operations and identify cross-process synergies.

What you'll do

• Run financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for markets.
• Drive data-based innovation and improvements to key FP&A processes.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations for budget and projection reviews.
• Analyze monthly actual variances versus budget/projection using standard frameworks.
• Support process standardization by defining end-to-end processes, KPIs, and targets.
• Provide FP&A management reporting for regional and senior management consumption.
• Identify and resolve issues by incorporating industry-leading practices within the Hyderabad hub.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience is required (preferably in an FP&A capacity).
• Experience in FP&A management reporting activities is expected.
• Skills in analysis, innovation, and continuous improvement of processes are required.
• Ability to support process governance and propose management reporting/forecasting improvement projects.
• Capability to develop business cases for process improvement decisions and track plan vs. actuals.
• Capability to collaborate with data owners/stewards on process and data issues.
• Ability to anticipate, assess, manage, and escalate business risks impacting global management reporting.

Details

• Work location: Hyderabad, TS, India (expected 50% in-person) with minimal travel expected.
