Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

Overview

Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes through collection of operational data and reports, analysis, and reconciliation of transactions.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reports and conduct analysis to help determine financial outcomes
• Reconcile transactions
• Perform financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling and performance reporting processes
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work
• Receive moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments

What you'll need

• Any graduation
• Domain understanding in Controllership, Core finance (RTR) or FP&A
• Experience on period end close
• Ability to manage annual plan, budgeting and forecasting
• Good understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow (all three financial statements)
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial and operational principles
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent in MS Office
• Experience working in a third-party culture
• SAP / SAP HANA
