FP&A Enabler

Overview

Profitability Enabler role in FP&A at TaskUs, providing data-driven financial guidance to leaders and supporting budgeting, forecasting and profitability improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide data-driven guidance to leaders on the company's financial performance, major investments and new growth opportunities.
• Be an integral part of the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, strategic planning, and variance analysis processes.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Client Services and Workforce and key management to identify and drive ways to improve profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies to enable the company to meet its financial goals.
• Drive implementation of cross-functional process improvements to enable efficient and effective end-to-end processes.
• Partner with Accounting/Reporting to support continuous enhancement of the monthly reporting processes.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecast.
• Prepare, report and provide insights on financial performance to management.
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Track and report operational metrics that impact profitability and provide visibility of their financial impact.
• Collect data, design and create reports, and disseminate relevant reports to management.
• Collate, analyze and interpret financial data.
• Carry out ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

What you'll need

• BPO financial planning experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS on financial (budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis etc.) and/or non-financial parameters.
• Automation know-how and proficiency in advanced MS Excel, VBA, Access, Google Sheets and Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of Data Process Monitoring Tools and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Candidates must come from a BPO background and have 5+ years of working experience in MIS / WFM / Business Analytics / Business Intelligence / FP&A / Power BI Developer, including management reporting and business analysis.
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Drive standardization and automation through reports and maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Comfortable with individual contributions as well as working with a team, and capable of handling both.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in P&L and revenue reporting, and understanding of financial metrics.
