Financial Reporting - Associate 2

Overview

Support the production, review, and oversight of SEC Form N-PORT and N-CEN filings while managing client implementation and ongoing support activities.

What you'll do

• Perform calculation testing and discuss results with clients.
• Execute and track client-specific tasks and checks.
• Prepare, file, and test N-PORT and N-CEN forms.
• Review alerts and exceptions and publish forms to client workflows.
• Support MySS portal access requests and client training.
• Onboard funds and clients to the ESP tool.
• Complete internal reviews of N-PORT and N-CEN filings.

What you'll need

• Experience in mutual fund accounting, compliance, auditing, or related activities.
• Knowledge of financial products including bonds, swaps, futures, options, and equities.
• Strong technology, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's-equivalent degree in accounting, business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA qualification.
• Knowledge of CPO-PQR, Form PF, or AIFMD.
