Florida: Part-Time Real Estate Instructor

Overview

Deliver live and live-online real estate instruction as a subject matter expert and student advocate. Support student engagement, learning progress, and success while meeting regulatory and course requirements.

What you'll do

• Deliver live and live-online real estate courses.
• Maintain current knowledge of real estate trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Mentor students and address questions during and after their learning journey.
• Manage classroom dynamics and follow regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff on the student learning experience.
• Communicate with product management about curriculum updates, student progress, and schedule changes.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of real estate industry experience.
• Active, unencumbered Florida Real Estate License.
• Active Florida Real Estate Instructor’s License.
• State-required experience and/or education to qualify as an instructor.
• Proficiency with Google tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom.
• Strong communication, presentation, teaching, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and course materials.

Nice to have

• Previous teaching or training experience.
• Published writing on real estate topics.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
