Overview
Own the technical approach and implementation of native iOS and Android mobile SDKs supporting mobile device intelligence and fraud detection products.
What you'll do
- Design and implement native iOS and Android mobile SDKs.
- Analyze device behavior, networking, device APIs, and system-level capabilities.
- Evaluate approaches for reliability, performance, platform constraints, and maintainability.
- Define and deliver mobile capabilities with Product and Engineering.
- Provide mobile signals and capabilities to Data Science for fraud detection models.
- Investigate ambiguous mobile engineering problems through analysis and experimentation.
- Provide technical direction for future mobile products and experiences.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience developing for native iOS and native Android.
- Deep systems-level understanding of iOS and Android.
- Experience building technically complex mobile software beyond primarily user interface development.
- Ability to independently solve ambiguous technical problems with ownership and autonomy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building mobile SDKs, libraries, or reusable mobile infrastructure.
- Experience partnering with data scientists on signals or capabilities for machine learning models.
Details
- Remote, US-based role.
- Compensation: $210,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.
