What you'll do

• Translate complex requirements into flawless software builds
• Develop efficient, maintainable code while ensuring high quality and improving delivery velocity
• Manage project features, break them into sub-tasks, and identify and resolve issues for smooth execution
• Deliver technical support, carry out code evaluations, and guide team members
• Spot and fix issues across systems, recommend strategies, and steer the engineering roadmap
• Boost overall testing quality and speed up delivery timelines
• Lead engineering support, release, and on-call responsibilities for an "always-on" 24/7 site
• Influence and guide others towards the right technical decisions as a key offshore great teammate
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions that meet development goals and principles
• Contribute to cloud-ready architecture, deploy and monitor services on Azure or Google Cloud
• Ensure code quality and collaboration using GitHub

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Experience building responsive websites
• Skilled in integrating web apps, third-party services, and APIs
• Proficient with Angular, React, Bootstrap, and NodeJS
• Experience with single-page applications and MEAN stack
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and solutions for responsive/adaptive scenarios
• Eager to learn about new technologies and contribute to product development
• Innovative, great teammate with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Strong sense of ownership and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
