Front End Developer-Associate-Bangalore

Overview

Front End Developer (Associate) role at PwC Acceleration Center India focused on consulting and building frontend solutions that help clients optimize operational efficiency for business applications.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for business application integration.
• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications for CCaaS agent desktop, supervisor dashboards, and admin consoles.
• Implement real-time UI updates for call/chat status, queue metrics, and agent presence using WebSockets or similar.
• Translate UX/UI designs (Figma/Sketch) into pixel-accurate, accessible, cross-browser components.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend telephony/CTI services.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Debug production issues related to real-time voice/chat interaction states and participate in code reviews.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• English oral and written proficiency required.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous data handling.
• Version control experience with Git.
• Unit/integration testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library) with a testing mindset.
