Front End Developer - Experienced Associate

Overview

Front End Developer (Experienced Associate) to engage in consulting services for business applications within PwC’s Acceleration Center India, helping clients analyze, implement, train, and support solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications for CCaaS agent desktop, dashboards, and admin consoles.
• Implement real-time UI updates (call/chat status, queue metrics, agent presence) using WebSockets or similar technologies.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend telephony/CTI services.
• Translate UX/UI designs from Figma/Sketch into accessible, cross-browser components.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve production issues related to real-time voice/chat interaction states.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (React.js preferred, or Angular/Vue.js).
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
