Overview
Managed Services Front-End Engineer to support, enhance, and optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) eCommerce storefronts using SFRA in a production support environment.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain modular, reusable front-end components using the SFRA framework.
- Customize SFCC storefront templates using ISML, JavaScript, jQuery, SCSS, and Page Designer.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, pixel-accurate web interfaces.
- Investigate and resolve production issues across UI, templates, styling, scripts, responsiveness, and page rendering.
- Handle incident tickets, service requests, change requests, and minor enhancements within SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term fixes.
- Support deployments, hotfixes, releases, and post-deployment validations while monitoring performance.
What you'll need
- 4–7 years of front-end development experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, preferably SFRA.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
- Proficiency in ISML templates, SFRA architecture, and JavaScript controllers.
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first interfaces using Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in Git and collaborative version control.
- Experience with Webpack, NPM, and front-end build tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex front-end issues across devices and browsers.
