Front Line Manager - F&A - FP&A 4B

Overview

Front Line Manager in the F&A FP&A team, handling revenue reporting, financial planning and analysis, and close activities.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial statements and determine monthly revenue and expenses
• Report backlog revenue, including walk creation between current and previous quarter and comparison with previous periods
• Generate revenue reports and financial statements
• Perform financial planning and analysis, forecasting, closings and reconciliations
• Provide financial expertise to management for revenue improvement and cost reduction
• Assist in accounting and closing processes (monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Develop internal controls to support financial analysis and reporting
• Communicate in a timely and proactive manner to resolve issues and close gaps
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting
• Work independently and within a larger team-oriented environment

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, including liaising with higher bands
• Required skills: data visualization, financial analysis reporting, financial management, financial operations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), generative AI, record to report (R2R), SAP
• Language: English, advanced (C1) proficiency

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
