Front Line Manager - SCM - Logistics Support 4C

Overview

Manage logistics and supply chain planning operations for Genpact clients, covering demand planning, supply planning and S&OP, and deliver tailored logistics solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage logistics and supply chain planning operations, ensuring effective execution across demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP functions.
• Support diagnostic assessments to identify client supply chain challenges and contribute to the design of tailored logistics solutions.
• Coordinate implementation of logistics and planning initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs, manage structured and unstructured conversations, and adapt solutions to cultural and operational contexts.
• Monitor key logistics KPIs such as freight cost, warehouse efficiency, inventory health, and service levels, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with analytics and digital teams to support deployment of advanced solutions in logistics performance, working capital, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to proposal development and client presentations, supporting business development and solution positioning.
• Facilitate continuous improvement through control plan execution, Lean Six Sigma participation, and regular performance reviews with client stakeholders.
• Support training and capability building within the logistics team to scale operations and enhance delivery quality.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or Masters in Operations Management.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from Indian Institute of Management, Trichy.
• Required skills: BlueYonder Demand Planning, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Data Consulting, Data Integration, Data Management, Data Science, ERP JDA WMS, Financial Analysis Reporting, Microsoft Office, Negotiation, Oracle Database, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Tableau (Software), Transportation And Logistics, Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• English language proficiency at C2 level (Required).
