About the Job

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team in a Full-time OnSite role. In this position, you’ll contribute to building end-to-end web applications—crafting intuitive user experiences on the frontend and implementing reliable services and data interactions on the backend. You’ll collaborate with designers, product stakeholders, and engineers to deliver features that are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-focused web interfaces using HTML & CSS and modern frontend development practices.
• Build and integrate backend functionality to support application workflows, ensuring secure and consistent data handling for the product.
• Collaborate on API design and implementation, including connecting frontend components with backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and contribute to improving system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and implement fixes with a strong focus on quality and user impact.
• Contribute to documentation and help maintain clear development processes for team alignment.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver features from concept to release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in HTML & CSS and Frontend Development.
• Proficiency in Backend Development and building server-side application logic.
• Ability to create clean, well-structured, and maintainable code across the full stack.
• Understanding of how frontend and backend components work together (e.g., data flow, API integration).
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues efficiently.
• Comfort working in an OnSite environment and collaborating effectively with a team.
