Full Stack Developer

About the Job

We are looking for a Full-time Fullstack Developer to join our team on an OnSite basis. In this role, you will build and improve user-facing web experiences and the underlying features that power them. You’ll work across the stack—shipping responsive interfaces, integrating services, and supporting end-to-end functionality with a focus on performance, reliability, and a smooth user experience. Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS and Javascript for front-end features.
• Build interactive user experiences, including forms, dashboards, and responsive layouts that work well on multiple devices.
• Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and iterate on application requirements and workflows.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services to ensure smooth and consistent data flow.
• Write clean, reusable code and follow best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Debug issues across the application stack, investigate root causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
• Ensure web pages are optimized for speed, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript, including semantic markup and modern JavaScript patterns.
• Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Understanding of front-end architecture, DOM manipulation, and event-driven programming.
• Good grasp of debugging and troubleshooting techniques in a browser and development environment.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional UI screens and features.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn and iterate quickly.
• Attention to detail with respect to UI consistency, performance, and usability.
