Full Stack Developer - AVP

Overview

Full Stack Technical Lead / Software Engineer (AVP) for HR applications technology, leading architecture, development, and support of full stack enterprise function applications.

What you'll do

• Lead full stack product development for enterprise function HR applications.
• Own hands-on architecture and development responsibilities (80%) alongside leadership (20%).
• Develop and support back-end services/APIs using Java and/or Python.
• Build front-end user interfaces using React or similar.
• Use SQL and relational databases for development, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Support production operations with architecture components like APIs/services, data stores, and authentication/authorization.
• Create design documents and unit test plans, and maintain technical documentation.

What you'll need

• Experience leading teams in technical aspects.
• Experience working with global teams.
• 11–14 years of experience (stated for the role experience range).
• Experience with CI/CD and software quality practices (automated testing, code reviews, production deploy/operate).
• Working knowledge of Git-based version control systems and developer tools/IDEs/command line.
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and AWS technologies.
• Experience with OLTP database design.
