Staff Software Architect

Overview

Lead hands-on full-stack enterprise product engineering, architecture, and AI-assisted development across Java, React, Docker, and Kubernetes-based systems.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design, architecture, and feature implementation for enterprise software products.
• Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and microservices.
• Design containerized architectures with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, and database schemas.
• Establish testing, observability, logging, and alerting strategies.
• Mentor engineers and define technical standards and engineering practices.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of hands-on full-stack enterprise software development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and database architecture.
• Expertise with Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience delivering enterprise software and driving architectural standards.
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills.
