Lead Software Engineer - Java Full Stack, Microservices, React JS, Docker, CI/CD

Overview

Lead full-stack software development for scalable SaaS applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Java. Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, development, delivery, and engineering mentorship.

What you'll do

• Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop reusable React and TypeScript components, hooks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Design scalable Node.js REST APIs and backend services.
• Drive technical decisions for microservices, event-driven, cloud-native, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Establish engineering practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production and performance issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and provide hands-on technical guidance across engineering teams.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack experience.
• Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Experience with React Hooks, Redux, React Router, and reusable UI components.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services, including OAuth and secure integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, databases, and Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, GitOps, and Agile development practices.
