Overview

Principal Software Engineer / Full Stack Lead position focused on technical leadership, delivering projects on time, and guiding a team of software engineers.

What you'll do

• Oversee technical aspects of projects to ensure delivery on time and to required standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to meet deadlines and follow digital technical strategy.
• Participate in technical design and development of projects.
• Collaborate with solution designers, engineering managers, and project managers to keep progress smooth.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluate new technologies (including AI-assisted development tools) and recommend options.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and keep stakeholders updated on progress.

What you'll need

• 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Engineer or similar role.
• At least 1 year in a Tech Lead or team leadership role.
• Strong skills with Java and Spring Boot.
• Angular v16+ and TypeScript experience.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; plus Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent experience.
