Full Stack Developer (Parsing Engineer)

Overview

Own the development of scalable full stack applications and the tooling used to ingest, scrape, transform, and digitize regulatory and policy documents for a financial technology platform.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Own and maintain document scraping and transformation tooling.
• Process incoming document digitization requests from supported sources and formats.
• Scale ingestion tools for new regulators and document formats.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Engineers to establish parsed-document standards and improve automated test coverage.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and observability.
• Make independent tooling-platform decisions using design and architectural best practices.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of hands-on full stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language.
• Experience building tools that integrate with external APIs.
• Experience independently developing full stack applications with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong back-end experience with APIs, services, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of software design, secure coding, source control, automated testing, and continuous delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in Agile or DevSecOps delivery environments.
• Knowledge of banking, payments, financial services, or fintech solutions.
