Overview

Full Stack Developer for Software Engineering Governance (SEG) to help enable developers across the organization with fast delivery and high standards, translating business strategy into technical solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable solutions for functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end software lifecycle work for internal libraries and frameworks.
• Implement test automation across unit, functional, security, load, and performance testing.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across Dev, QA, and Production.
• Package, maintain, and deploy developer tooling; publish technical standards and guidelines.
• Coach engineers, and conduct workshops/events to share best practices.
• Monitor tech trends and propose state-of-the-art solutions.

What you'll need

• Engineering graduate or post-graduate degree.
• 4+ years of professional experience in developing, delivering, and managing scalable IT solutions.
• Ability to work with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Strong software development lifecycle, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Advanced backend coding in Python (and related frameworks); strong frontend in TypeScript (Node.js and React ecosystems).
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and DevOps toolchains (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence).
