Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Develop and engineer end-to-end features of systems, spanning user experience through backend code, using cloud-first and agile approaches to deliver solutions for challenging business problems.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and refine comprehensive system features across the user interface and backend infrastructure.
• Engage throughout the development lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to deliver solutions that enhance client services.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows.
• mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Design and develop scalable full stack applications.
• Work with frontend and backend technologies to create cohesive solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance across multiple layers.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience with designing and developing scalable full stack applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work with both frontend and backend technologies to create cohesive solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
