Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Full Stack Engineer role at Lloyds Technology Centre, working at Level 3 on a hybrid basis with senior engineers to build, maintain and support software.

What you'll do

• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code with minimal supervision.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve quality and share insights.
• Participate in team meetings and input into project discussions.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand requirements, resolve defects and support the smooth operation of deployed software.
• Assist in the maintenance and support of existing software applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Promote application custodianship by participating in incident root-cause analysis and driving improvements in security, maintenance and resilience.
• Provide live service support, monitor, and identify bugs and fixes.
• Continuously improve technical and agile skills through on-the-job learning and training.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Seek feedback and actively work on improving coding and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively, share information openly, and role model Group Values to achieve shared goals.
• Share knowledge with early-career engineers to support team development and capability building.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about requirements, provide updates, and encourage feedback on new technologies and methodologies.
