Overview

Fullstack .Net Technical Manager (React.js) in Chennai, acting as a hands-on technical lead and mentoring/managing a small team.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions for scalability, performance, and security.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET Core, C#, and React.js/Angular.
• Mentor and manage developers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned modules from requirements/design through deployment and monitoring.
• Manage source control with Git and enforce version control best practices.
• Build, deploy, and manage Docker/Kubernetes containerized applications.
• Integrate and monitor systems using ELK Stack for observability and troubleshooting.

What you'll need

• 12–15 years of IT or related experience.
• Degree in computer science/IT (or equivalent work experience).
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on React.js plus TypeScript, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap/Tailwind.
• Proficiency in Git and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Hands-on ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging and performance insights.
