Senior Software Engineer (C#, Distributed systems)- Bengaluru

Overview

Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve a distributed, event-driven application for a digital workspace platform, working across services and teams.

What you'll do

• Design and execute software for new use cases across platform business needs.
• Produce designs to scale the current system.
• Collaborate with other teams and contribute code to shared code bases.
• Identify code/design/architecture gaps and scalability/usability/supportability challenges, then propose and implement solutions.
• Work on server-side development using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Build distributed application components for inter-/intra-service communication.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience with C# and the .NET Framework.
• Understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience with object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills including log analysis.
• Knowledge of large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Ability to write quality code and unit/integration tests using mocking/instrumentation.
