Overview

The PMO NFR Lead will support Transformation Leadership and the Group Transformation Office in shaping new ways of working and processes to optimise IWPB portfolios. The role requires a strong Portfolio Services background.

What you'll do

• Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across the IWPB Portfolio.
• Develop an IWPB-specific approach and guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with the Group Data Office and IWPB Data Control teams.
• Drive active risk management practice across the IWPB portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR, including Data Control, across Tier-1 portfolios.
• Evaluate monitoring results for future improvement.
• Expand engagement with the IWPB Business Risk & Resilient team to support the Operational Resilience agenda.
