Overview

Lead and scale a global engineering organization of engineers and technical professionals across multiple disciplines. Drive GCC strategy, operating model transformation, workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and global engineering delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead and scale a global engineering organization of engineers and technical professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Drive GCC strategy, operating model transformation, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Deliver engineering programs, capital projects and manufacturing engineering support globally.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, manufacturing sites, and engineering stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Travel globally to support engineering teams, business partners, project execution, and leadership engagements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of engineering, project engineering, manufacturing engineering, or capital project experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience leading managers, technical leaders, or engineering organizations.
• Experience delivering multi-million-dollar engineering programs while meeting safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Experience working across global teams, cultures, and business environments.
• Comfortable to lead through ambiguity and focused on building teams through high engagement.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience establishing or leading Global Capability Centers, shared service engineering organizations, or outsourced engineering models.
• Strong change management, organizational transformation, and operating model design experience.
• Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Demonstrated success driving engineering standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Travel may include up to 30% domestic/international.
