General Accounting & Reconciliation Experienced Professional

Overview

Experienced Professional (P2) role providing general accounting services to clients, covering general accounting, financial reporting, month-end close activities and global finance operations, working with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Provide general accounting services to clients, including cost accounting, journal entries preparation, cash flow, general ledger processing, reconciliations, reporting and tax support.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards of accounting records, financial statements and/or financial reports.
• Generate financial statements and reports for internal and/or external use.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
• Work independently with general supervision, solving difficult but typically not complex problems, and influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

What you'll need

• CA/CMA (Qualified or Semi-Qualified) with 3-4 years of relevant work experience, or MBA (Finance), M.Com, or B.Com with 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in General Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Demonstrates effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making and productivity, while applying sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
