Generative AI - Associate 2

Overview

Join PwC Acceleration Center India as a Generative AI Associate 2, designing and developing data solutions and machine learning models for GenAI projects that support client engagements across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement machine learning models for GenAI projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities
• Leverage knowledge to create innovative solutions for operational enhancement
• Analyze data to inform model development and performance
• Mentor junior team members in machine learning techniques
• Align projects with strategic business goals
• Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively
• Develop and implement data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG
• Proven experience in chatbot design and development
• Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies
• Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Proficiency in data engineering platforms like Databricks
• Experience utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Applying knowledge of data warehouse solutions like Snowflake
• Engaging with Agile methodologies for scalable data solutions
• Developing skills in data modeling and data pipeline optimization
• Excelling in active listening and feedback integration for team success
