Overview
Drive quality and reliability improvement initiatives across the Front End Manufacturing network through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution.
What you'll do
- Develop methods to extract and analyze diverse, unstructured Backend and Front-end data.
- Correlate data to identify patterns and perform first-level debugging.
- Create visual analyses showing trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive detection and corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
- Deploy Backend-to-Front End collaboration practices, including DPM forecasting and RMA DPM reduction.
- Lead quality initiatives and manage implementation projects for new initiatives.
- Present analysis and insights to business partners.
What you'll need
- More than 3 years of relevant experience.
- MS, BS, or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, reliability tests, and failure mechanisms.
- Fluency in Python and/or R with scripting capability for analysis automation.
- Experience with statistical tools, Unix, Tableau, Power BI, or JMP.
- Understanding of statistics applied to quality and reliability data analysis.
- Exposure to statistical modeling, feature extraction, and analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience with supervised, unsupervised, or semi-supervised learning.
- Experience integrating LLMs into production environments.
