Global Trade Compliance Analyst

Overview

Support SAP GTS E4H trade compliance operations and translate worldwide export regulations into system automation as part of NVIDIA's Global Systems Solution Compliance team.

What you'll do

• Support SAP GTS E4H day-to-day operations, including reviewing, releasing and escalating Sanction Party List issues, export/import license blocks and embargo blocks.
• Maintain product and customer master data, including ECCN, HTS classification and D5 Headquarter customer restrictions.
• Maintain multi-regional legal regulations in GTS E4H.
• Audit GTS E4H to ensure system integrity.
• Provide monthly and quarter-end APAC support.
• Support U.S. Automated Export System integration in GTS E4H for US exports.
• Develop enhanced reports for analytics.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong use and working knowledge of SAP GTS E4H and SAP ECC, SAP S4H areas.
• Well versed in global trade compliance (SPL, Embargo, Legal Control) and customs management, and knowledge of product classification (HS-Code / ECCN).
• Advanced understanding of BIS EAR and other regional export control regulations.
• Strong understanding of commercial document structure.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe.

Nice to have

• Salesforce and JIRA experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Tax/Finance, and IT departments.
• Ability to learn quickly, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment, manage day-to-day activities independently with minimal direction, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and time management.
