Governance Analyst - Procurement

Overview

Governance Analyst in Procurement within IFF's Global Business Services, focused on procurement governance, SOX controls and compliance in Hyderabad, India (hybrid).

What you'll do

• Strengthen procurement governance and compliance practices.
• Support SOX controls, audits, and risk mitigation activities.
• Drive process improvements through control assessments and data analysis.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience in Procurement Controls, Governance, Audit, or Internal Controls.
• Strong understanding of SOX, KCA, DOA, SOD, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with SAP, SRM, eProcurement tools, and audit coordination.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA, or Six Sigma.
• Experience with Zycus and advanced procurement technologies.
• Proven track record of leading remediation projects and process improvements.
• Exposure to global procurement operations and multinational environments.
