Overview

Senior Project Engineer supporting the implementation of safety and environmental management practices on healthcare projects, ensuring compliance, accident prevention and a strong safety culture across site operations.

What you'll do

• Support implementation of EHS policies, site safety plans and risk assessments.
• Monitor daily site activities for compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and promote safety awareness.
• Record and report incidents, assist in investigations and track corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation and prepare safety dashboards and reports for management.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in residential projects.
• Overall experience of 5 to 7 years.
• Any engineering degree.
• NEBOSH certification.
• Completed the end-to-end process of a residential project.
